An OPD token system that ends the crowd at reception.
Give every patient a token in seconds, run each doctor's queue from one screen, and let patients watch their turn on WhatsApp — so they arrive when it is nearly their time, not two hours early.
Walk-in token in seconds
Type the phone number, pick the doctor and the patient gets the next token. Returning patients are found by their number.Tokens for each doctor
Every doctor has their own token series (S01, S02…). Tokens reset every night, so each day starts at 01.Live queue for the front desk
See who is waiting, who is with the doctor and who is done, for every doctor, updated live on every screen.Patients track their turn
A WhatsApp link shows the token being seen now, how many are ahead and the expected time — no app to install.Arrival times and slots
Book phone patients for a time or a slot. They get their token when they check in, so the queue stays fair.One-tap check-in
Patients booked earlier wait in the Check-in list. One tap gives them their token and sends it on WhatsApp.Step out, keep your place
A patient sent for an ECG or X-ray keeps their token and place while the doctor sees the next one.Online bookings join the queue
Requests from your hospital page and QR code are accepted by reception and join the same queue.Day list in Excel
Download any day's appointments as a file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. How the token system works on a busy morning
The receptionist types the patient's number, picks the doctor and books — the patient gets the next token for that doctor and a WhatsApp message with a tracking link. When the doctor is ready, reception (or the doctor) presses Consult, and Mark as Done when the visit ends. Only one patient can be with a doctor at a time, so the queue on screen always matches the room.
What the patient sees on their phone
The tracking link shows their token, the token being seen now, how many patients are ahead, an expected turn time and a 'reach the hospital by' time. It refreshes on its own. Patients wait at home or in a nearby shop instead of crowding your reception.
Works even if the doctor keeps using paper
The queue is run by reception. The doctor does not need a computer or a phone — they keep writing on paper while the front desk books, checks in and moves patients along. Doctors who want to go digital can open the consultation screen from the same queue.
