What it does — and what it doesn't
OPDly runs the OPD side of a hospital: appointments and the token queue, consultations and prescriptions, billing, pharmacy and lab. In-patient (IPD) admissions, beds and wards are not available yet — they are planned. Until then, hospitals with admissions can use OPDly for their OPD, pharmacy, lab and billing.
Price for a hospital
Plans are billed yearly, plus GST. Starter is ₹5,988 a year (₹499 a month) for up to 2 doctors and 2 staff. Standard is ₹9,588 a year (₹799 a month) for up to 5 doctors and 5 staff, and adds pharmacy, lab, online booking, WhatsApp updates and finance reports. Pro is ₹14,388 a year (₹1,199 a month) for up to 10 doctors and 10 staff. There is no setup fee, no yearly maintenance charge, no hidden charge and no server to buy — just the yearly subscription plus GST. Every hospital starts with a free 30-day trial.
Control without being at the counter
Separate logins for every doctor and staff member, permissions for refunds, cancelled bills and stock changes, and an audit log of every change. Visits that were never billed show up on the dashboard, and the 9 PM summary tells the owner the day's collection even on a day they were away.
Runs in the browser — nothing to install
OPDly works on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. There is no server to keep in the hospital and no backup to take: data is saved online and every screen updates live, so reception, the doctor, the lab and the pharmacy all see the same queue. It needs internet; a normal broadband line or mobile hotspot is enough.
