## WhatsApp for patients

- Booking confirmation on WhatsApp — sent automatically with the doctor, hospital and date (and the token number for same-day visits).
- Live queue link on WhatsApp — the patient sees their turn and expected waiting time on their phone.
- Online-booking confirmation — sent automatically when the hospital accepts a booking made on its public page.
- Digital prescription on WhatsApp — one tap shares the visit summary to the patient's WhatsApp; the branded prescription PDF can be attached.
- Bill on WhatsApp — one tap shares the bill number and amount to the patient's WhatsApp (OPD, pharmacy and lab bills).
- Lab report on WhatsApp — one tap shares a secure link where the patient views and downloads the report.
- Resend WhatsApp — send the booking message again, or fix a wrong number.

## Online booking, public page and QR code

- Public page — a free website-style page for every hospital, clinic, lab or pharmacy: name, logo, banner photo, doctors with their OPD days and timings, address with a map link, Call and WhatsApp buttons.
- Online booking — patients pick a doctor and date and book from the public page (spam-protected).
- Online requests — reception accepts or declines each online booking; accepted bookings are confirmed to the patient on WhatsApp.
- Hospital QR code — print it at the reception or on letterheads; patients scan it to open the page and book.

## Appointments and OPD queue

- Walk-in booking in seconds; existing patients found by phone number.
- Future-date appointments with an optional arrival time; token given on check-in.
- Token numbers per doctor, reset every day.
- Live queue: waiting, with doctor, done; call the next patient; expected waiting time.
